Nibiru Posts Second Webisode For New Album "Padmalotus"

The second in a series of webisodes leading up to the release of "Padmalotus," the third album from the Italian ritual psychedelic trio Nibiru, can be seen below.

This trailer features the song “Ashmadaeva," with the band commenting: “The name Asmodai is believed to derive from Avestan language *aešma-daeva, where aešma means ‘wrath’, and daeva signifies ‘demon’. This track contains a particular ambivalence. On one side the raw power of the classic sound of Nibiru and on the other side it incorporates a thrilling dark ambient with particular instruments like gong and didgeridoo.

“This is the first track we wrote during the new Nibiru ‘way’. We took more care of its structure, even if we did not lose our love for the improvisation. After the creation of this song, we decided to create a record quite different, compared to the previous albums."

Due on May 18th via Argonauta Records, the "Padmalotus" track listing is as follows:

1. Krim
2. Ashmadaeva
3. Trikona
4. Khem.
