Emmure Cancels Upcoming Tour Dates With Caliban

Following torn vocal chord issues that occurred with front man Frankie Palmeri back in February, Emmure is now cancelling upcoming tour dates. The band commetns:
"Due to unfortunate circumstances, we must cancel our upcoming EU/UK touring plans with Caliban, Thy Art Is Murder and Sworn In due to Frankie’s still yet to be determined healing process. He has severe acute and chronic reflux laryngitis and a weak (partially paralyzed) left vocal cord.
"We appreciate the support we received on the last tour with Suicide Silence in Frankie’s absence, at this time we are going to put our focus towards writing a new album while he recovers and we hope to see you all very soon."

Clearly Francis Palmhairy is irreplacable. I mean who else could possible remember all those complex lyrics or have such an mediocre display of misplaced rage through a generic vocal delivery.
Come on, it's not like other bands would dare to do such a thing. You'd never see a band like Nightwish or Killswitch Engage stoop to that level.

I was really looking forward to seeing Thy Art Is Murder that was supposed to tour with them. I am stunned that the tour was cancelled. Vocalist was supposed to get his rest and rest of the band was supposed to find a substitute. There are bands that don't cancel shows even after worse things than this. I find it unprofessional. Where is the good old saying "The show must go on" Clearly this band does not care for their fans
