Las Vegas outfit Red Dragon Cartel just issued the following announcement about recruiting a new vocalist:

"Red Dragon Cartel and singer Darren James Smith have officially parted ways. All scheduled shows will still take place as planned with Michael Beck on vocals. We would like to welcome Michael to RDC and we look forward to getting back on stage!"

I heard Michael Beck the new singer RD, and sounds bad a$$ almost like a mixture of Geoff Tate and something else IMHO.
This new singer for this band, will kick major ass. His voice is by far way better than Darren's voice as far as singing goes, although Darren James Smith is a good.singer and did a decent job, he also have a nice personality just saying.
