I'll Be An Empire Parts With Vocalist Austin Lanham
Kennesaw, Georgia outfit I'll Be An Empire has issued the following announcement about parting ways with the band's vocalist:
"It's with extreme sadness & a heavy heart that we are announcing the departure of Austin Lanham as vocalist of I'll Be An Empire.
"Austin & Alex started this band together during high school in 2010. He helped shape our current image & sound just as much as anyone else, but the time has come for the band to continue on without him.
"Austin is our brother. His impact on the band & each of our lives can't be measured. There is no bad blood between us, he will always be our best friend.
"Thanks for everything man. We love you."
The band's previous "Thelema" EP is also available for streaming below. For those looking forward to new material from I'll Be An Empire, the band recently commented on an upcoming release: "The new album is going to literally punch your dicks off. None of you understand what's about to happen."
