This young Pennsylvania band deals in creeping, minimal death metal drenched in doom. Though peers include Code Orange and Full of Hell, Outer Heaven has committed fully to the darkness, delivering a debut that Noisey's Kim Kelly calls "game-changing" and likens to "'90s death metal and its doomier counterparts across the pond."
