Cold Colours Working On New Material, Brings Back Former Member

Cold Colours has checked in with the following announcement about splitting with its label and starting work on new material:

"We are currently working on new music. We recently parted ways with our label of 5 years - Sleaszy Rider Records. Therefore, rather than working on a new full length - we will instead be looking at other avenues for releasing new music.

"Other than the obvious releasing of online material, we are also going to release a split 7” record with our friends in Amiensus sometime in 2015. Both bands will be contributing brand new songs. We will be continually debuting new material live as well. Stay tuned to our various web avenues for updates.

"We would also like to welcome back Jaden Adair to the Cold Cuts family. J was in CC before in 2008, when we were a VERY different band. Luckily, this will also help bring some 'clean' vocals back to the band. His first show will be January 16 at the Triple Rock when we open for Dark Tranquillity and Insomnium. We would also like to thank Brett Ahlgren for helping us out for the past few months. Anyone looking for a great bass player should hit him up!

"We are also going to having some new merchandise for your buying pleasure. New patches, baseball caps and stickers. Hopefully a new shirt design as well soon.

"Anyone wanting to buy tickets for the Jan 16 show can hit one of us up. We are not REQUIRED to sell them, nor did we have to pay to play. We requested them from the club as numerous people were asking us. Plus, after 15 years as a live band, this will be our first time playing at Triple Rock. So we just wanted to ‘prove our worth’ by going an extra mile to help promote the show.

"We are also looking at becoming more active in 2015. Which means more out of town shows around the Midwest. We will be returning to Mankato on Jan 30 for the first time in 10 years! We won’t be doing any actual tours (we are all old and have jobs and lame adult responsibilities) but at least weekend trips. Any show ideas, please hit us up at coldcolours (at) yahoo.com.
