Norwegian extreme meal band Hellish Outcast today premieres a new video for "Torment." Check it out below, courtesy of RadioMetal.com.

The track hails from the band's second album, "Stay of Execution," set for North American release on February 3rd, 2015 via Listenable Records. Hellist Outcast's second album to date, "Stay of Execution" was recorded in the legendary Grieghallen Studios in Bergen. The track listing is as follows:
