Megadeth Guitarist Chris Broderick And Drummer Shawn Drover Quit

Band Photo: Megadeth (?)
While Megadeth was supposedly recording a new album in 2015 to coincide with a tour next year, the four-piece are now a two piece, as guitarist Chris Broderick and drummer Shawn Drover left the band separately just hours apart.
Drover as we reported earlier today, was the first to quit, releasing a statement stating he was pursuing his own music.
"After 10 years, I have decided to quit Megadeth to pursue my own musical interests. I want to thank Dave Mustaine and the entire Megadeth family, as well as thanking all the amazing Megadeth fans around the world!!! I truly appreciate all of you. Stay tuned for info on my next musical journey."
Shortly after, Broderick, announced his exit via a statement on his official blog web site:
"Due to artistic and musical differences, it is with great reluctance that I announce my departure from Megadeth to pursue my own musical direction. I want all of you to know how much I appreciate the amount that you the fans have accepted and respected me as a member of Megadeth for the last seven years, but it is time for me to move on. I wish Dave and everyone in Megadeth all the best. I am working on a few things of my own and hope that when they come out, you will all dig it. Until then,
"Chris. \m/"
Up to now there has been no official statement from Megadeth or Dave Mustaine.

Honestly, I've got to agree with Metal man. Drover is a solid drummer but oh so sterile. I also can't say I'm surprised that Broderick followed, either. It probably isn't easy working with an egomaniac like Mustaine.
I'd like to say I'm excited to see what changes this will bring, but we all know that Megadeth is the "Mustaine Show". Even if the slots are filled with high-profile musicians we probably won't hear much of their influence.

It the perfect timing to a return of rust in peace lineup
and end the carreer after that .
Am sure artisticaly Mustaine must be a bit difficult to deal
with ,am sure however that this is no good news for him to deal with .Including is mother in law disparition.
(maybe found now dont know!?)

how about steve smyth on guitar and lombardo on drums? maybe then dave can make a heavy record again. supercollider for the most part was mediocre, th1rt3en was ok. dave can still do an endgame or a united abominations, i'm not sure if he wants to do another rust in peace though.
