Deathember Parts With Guitarist Rikard Bonander

Sweden's Deathember has checked in with the following announcement about lineup changes and working on new material:

"Today we start a new chapter! The Deathember going into 2015 will in many ways be a new band, with the same name. A few things have led us to this:

"Our long-time guitarist Rikard Bonander recently left the band, due to personal reasons. There is absolutely no bad blood between us, we’ve had some awesome times together. We, sincerely, wish him all the best in the future!

"Instead, joining us as a full-time session guitarist, is Jerker Österlind! Some of you will recognize him, and all of you will soon know him, by his beard (as you can see from this photo). He’ll be playing on all forthcoming shows, and collaborate with us. We couldn’t be more happy with this, he’s a fantastic guitarist and an even better guy.

"We have some very interesting new sounds in the making, but it’ll be a while before we can show it to you. What we WILL do though, is update you on exactly what we’re doing from now on. We firmly believe, that the only way to break through the news feed frenzy of today, is to give you something genuine, something you actually want to follow. If you care at all about us and our music, we’ll make sure to reward YOU for that."
