Dark Sarah Announces "Behind The Black Veil" Album Release

Finnish cinematic metal band Dark Sarah has reached its crowd funding goal for the upcoming concept album "Behind The Black Veil."

The album will be released early next year, and the band's latest crowd funding update clip - featuring Sonata Arctica's Tony Kakko - can be seen below.

"The ones who don't know me yet my name is Heidi Parviainen, I'm a classical singer from Finland. But you may know me better from by previous band, Amberian Dawn. In 2012 our path together came to its end. Back then I already knew I wanted to make something different, something that would not maybe be so 'radio friendly' but would create a whole new world around music, music that would combine elements of film music and metal music and even some music theater too. And so I started a very ambitious project, Dark Sarah, where all the elements: music, story, videos, photos etc. would support each other like in a good movie."
