Carach Angren Embarking On First North American Tour, Recording New Album

Carach Angren will be embarking on the band's first-ever North American tour alongside Deicide, Septicflesh, Inquisition, and Abysmal Dawn.

The tour, which begins tonight in Charlotte, will continue throughout the United States and Canada until October 29th. A full list of confirmed tour dates can be found below.

Carach Angren is touring in support of previous record "Where The Corpses Sink Forever" (reviewed here). The band also recently entered Tidalwave Studio in Karlsruhe, Germany with Patrick Damiani to record a new album, tentatively due for a late 2014 release via Season of Mist.

Carach Angren comments on the new album: "Our writing process is finally reaching its end and we are very excited to once again enter Tidalwave Studio to record our fourth full-length concept album! We are very much looking forward to work with our long time partner in crime Patrick Damiani, and, for the first time, with Peter Tägtgren. We can't wait to present this monster to our fans! This will by far be the most gruesome album we have ever done — yet!"
