Psychopathic Daze Splitting With Vocalist Ken Morahan
Ken Morahan of Psychopathic Daze has issued the following statement about parting ways with the band:
"Dear fans, family, friends... The past 4 years I've been in Psychopathic Daze have been undoubtedly the best and crazies 4 years of my life. These times and years have helped shape me into the guy I am today. I've learned so much and have been humbled by more. So saying this isn't easy.
"I have stepped down as frontman of P.D. I am doing so on my own terms and the band and I are still as close as ever. There comes a time when you need to step up and realize what's best for the band, which is bigger than I ever imagined it would get. The amount of time and work that is needed is simply something I cannot give anymore. I've always believed in this band and the path it was taking and I know it will continue and go further than any of us ever imagined.
"I want to personally thank every single fan, family member, and friend who have supported us and me along this journey. The places I went, the amazing people I've met, the cities I've traveled too, will always live on in my heart. This decision wasn't easy, it was the single hardest choice I've made. But it's time to start a new chapter in my life.
"To Kyle, Frank, Ryan, and Mike; you guys are what made this fun and what kept the bond so strong. Thank you. This band made some of my dreams come true, because of every single fan who supported us. And I thank you. I am eternally grateful...
"Psychopathic Daze has been my life. My blood, sweat, and tears. Now it's time for someone else to step up and scream their heart out in the name of PD. To my fans, my family, my friends... Thank you for these crazy times. I love you all. "
