ATR Guitarist's Death Being Treated As Suspicious
The Washington Pundit has reported that the death of All That Remains guitarist Oli Herbert is being treated as a potential murder, with his wife and a friend of hers suspected of killing the musician. It reports that the guitarist had made the decision to divorce his wife Beth and that his will had been changed the week before his death.
The Washington Pundit goes on to say: "For those who are questioning our sources and who we are, know we can’t say much at this time other than we are in close contact with Oli’s close friends and our CEO, Michael Stewart, is a former member of the metal band Motograter, whose former vocalist now fronts Five Finger Death Punch; a band very close to Oli. We aren’t outsiders. We know things the public doesn’t know. Our focus is to assure those who care about Oli that everything is being handled and Justice Will be Served."
"We’ve been in contact with a few people who are actively working to bring justice for Oli Herbert. While we can’t say much at this time, (at risk of hurting the case), just know justice will be served, despite what his wife is saying. The people that matter are gathering evidence, the truth and all the facts will be revealed at the appropriate time. Your fight for justice isn’t going unheard. Keep speaking up for Oli."
All That Remains Guitarist Cause Of Death Revealed

According to late All That Remains guitarist Oli Herbert's widow, the toxicology report for him has come back and listed his cause of death as drowning. She issued the following statement regarding that:
“Good morning everyone this is Beth. And indeed it IS a good morning; Toxicology results are back as is the official cause of my husband’s death!Cause of death- Drowning
Toxicology- Oli was apparently self-treating for manic-depression that has run in his family for several generations. Anti-depressants were found in his system, as well as a sleep aid. The psych meds found in his system were the same ones that a close relative has been prescribed for a long time, so he knew what to hunt down for the “treatment”.Seeing how he was not going (and WOULDN’T GO) to a doctor to get diagnosed with the issue and was not being prescribed the medications and monitored on them, it explains his occasional erratic behavior here at home.
As far as why the memorial was cancelled; concern for my personal safety and home due to numerous threats to both is the reason.
If anybody knows where Oli was getting the psych meds, please call CT State Police, Troop C in Tolland, CT.”
The 44-years-old guitarist‘s body was found in a pond nearby his Stafford Springs, CT home on October 16th, 2018.
All That Remains just released their new record “Victim Of The New Disease”, and have tapped guitarist Jason Richardson as Herbert's fill-in. More...

Labonte offered this insight into the album, saying, “We decided to throw a curveball… and do the heaviest record since ‘For We Are Many’ in 2010! It was the perfect way to follow-up 'Madness', where we did some different styles and songs and even covered a country song. People might’ve expected something more experimental, but throwing curveballs is what we do”. More...
