Death Audio Splits With Drummer

Australia's Death Audio has checked in with the following announcement about splitting with the band's drummer:

"Hey everyone its Will here. It took me a long time to come up with this status, but then I thought it was best to just speak the truth. The reason it took me a while to write this is because Karl has decided to part ways with Death Audio. He was not only a drummer to me, but he was a brother. Someone I would take a bullet for. I do wish the best for Karl, and for him to succeed in his future musical projects. Death Audio will be holding auditions for drummers as of next week. Death Audio to Open Soundwave 2010 in Melbourne

As the title says, Death Audio have scored the opening spot for the main stage at Soundwave 2010 in Melbourne. The band commented on their Myspace blog:

"Death Audio will be sharing the stage with some of the best bands that have ever walked the planet this year at Soundwave 2010. Just to name a few; Faith No More, Him, Trivium, Anthrax, Messhugah, and many more top acts. Death Audio will be opening up the main stage with a killer set of brutality and melody!

"We would like to thanks Soundwave touring, Triple j Unearth, Triple J Full Metal Racket, Triple J short Fast and Loud, and all the people that have made this opportunity possible for Death Audio.
