Hells Headbash II Lineup Anounced

Hells Headbangers just announced the final lineup for the label's three-day "Hells Headbash - Part 2" festival, set to take place in Cleveland, Ohio on September 4th - 6th.

After the first "Hells Headbash" last summer - which was held at the label's distribution warehouse, and was filmed for a special DVD release set for later this year - Hells Headbangers expanded the fest to include an additional day and with an even more epic lineup of HHR-affiliated bands.

Set to take place at the Agora Theater, "Hells Headbash - Part 2" will feature the first American performances by Satanic Warmaster and Destruktor and exclusive performances by underground legends Archgoat and Profanatica, as well as 31 other Hells Heabangers-supported bands that span the spectrum of death metal, black metal, thrash, grind, metalpunk, and plenty of filthy points in between. Evil Army Comes Back To New Orleans

They may live in another state, but we New Orleanians love Evil Army as if they were our own. Hailing from Memphis, Tennessee, the extremely brutal thrash-threesome is back from the grave and ready for action. Their first show in New Orleans this year was packed with their soldiers. Weedeater To Support Down On N. American Tour

North Carolina's sludge metal band WEEDEATER has been confirmed as support for a full-on North American DOWN tour. The lineup changes throughout the routing; The Canadian dates feature secondary support from VOIVOD, while the bulk of the American dates feature THE MELVINS. Other opening support for the tour will be DANAVA for the first half and EVIL ARMY for the latter half of the dates.

If you'll remember, Evil Army and Weedeater also supported Down on their North American dates earlier this year.

WEEDEATER will play several shows in North Carolina and Tennessee on the way to the opening and after the closing of the tour, and will headline sporadically in chunks throughout the main tour.

WEEDEATER's latest album, "God Luck And Good Speed," was released in 2007 on Southern Lord Recordings; a deluxe double LP version just released in 2009.
