"At the Moment Daniel is at Klangschmiede Studio E of The Vision Bleak-Mastermind Markus Stock. They already mixed two songs of the second AHAB-album today.

German funeral doom metal band Ahab have announced that they are nearly finished their next full-length release. In the next couple of weeks, the artwork, mixing and mastering will be completed.
Ahab Finishes Recording Drum Tracks For New Album
German metal band Ahab has issued the following update about the recording of their new album:
"Ahoi seamen,
"Cornelius just finished his drum-recordings for the next album. You can expect either ultraslow funeral stuff, as well as heavy weight death doom-rhythms. Besides that there will of course be the blasting fast doublebass-attacks while playing slow doom-beats. We'd also like to thank you for buying our merch! It'll help us recording the album properly. There are 4 hoodies left in size "small". Shirts are sold out!

Aquatic themed German metal band Ahab has issued the following statement about recording a new album:
"Ahoi fellow seamen, our drummer Cornelius just entered the studio today to record the first drum-takes for our second album. There will be seven songs on it: the story's about the wreckage of the Essex.
"JUST IN TIME OUR NEW LIMITED MERCH ARRIVED. Guitarist Christian Hector designed a new Hoodie for you. It's strictly limited to 30 and won't be reprinted! There will also be 30 shirts with the same design. (see the design in our myspace-gallery: Shirts) We'll put up the items on EBAY (for a fix and fair price) later this (or next) week. So be quick! As I said before: The Hoodies won't be reprinted!!! The items can be purchased worldwide via paypal. We'll keep you informed! This was The Captain speaking"
