Ukraine's Semargl has issued the following announcement about recruiting new members:
"Semargl presents new band members: Adele Ri as female vocal and Romulus on bass/vocal. Adele Ri has already cooperated with the band on the Satanic Pop Metal album — she's done vocals for songs I Hunger, Drag Me To Hell, God Is Not Love, Opium, Loneliness and Redire. And for now Adele Ri will perform for band live shows and record tracks.
"After 5 years of close cooperation Hannibal had to leave band due to personal occasions and new member Romulus replaced him for recording work and live shows.
"After such lineup changes Semargl will present more new music experiments and the band is currently recording a 6th album which will be released in 2013. The band has already performed with the new members at Halloween Horror Night 2012 (at Bingo, Kyiv, UA) and video is available below."

Ukrainian black metallers Semargl have posted a new trailer online for its forthcoming live concert DVD. The new set, which is titled "Halloween Horror Night 2011," was filmed on October 31st in the band's hometown of Kyiv, Ukraine. The concert focuses primarily on the band's "Satanic Pop Metal" concept album. You can view the trailer, which features the track "Join In Fire," by using the player located below.
Semargl has posted the cover artwork online for the band's upcoming album "Satanic Pop Metal," which can be viewed below. Semargl also commented:
"Semargl presents cover of its new 5th album called 'Satanic Pop Metal,' which will be released under label Twilight-Vertrieb (DE) in the near future. Release date will be announced later, as well as the promo songs.

Ukrainian black metallers Balfor have been confirmed for this year's edition of Eindhoven Metal Meeting 2011. The two-day festival event will be held on the 16th and 17th of December 2011. "We just finished recording the new 5th album! At the moment all material is in mixing and mastering process at Blacklight Studio (Kiev) and we expect it to be released at the end of 2011."

Ukrainian metallers SEMARGL have finished recording their new full-length album, "Ordo Bellictum Satanas," for an early 2010 release via German label Twilight Vertrieb. The recording sessions for the fourth SEMARGL's CD took place at Blacklight Recording Studio in Kiev. Guest musicians on this album include: Jonny Maudling (BAL-SAGOTH, MY DYING BRIDE), Nera (DARZAMAT), Iscariah (IMMORTAL, DEAD TO THIS WORLD, NECROPHAGIA), Novy (DIES IRAE, BEHEMOTH, VADER), Vrangsinn (CARPATHIAN FOREST, NATTEFROST).
"The Manifest of War", the new video from the Ukrainian avant-garde satanic metal band SEMARGL, can be viewed here. The clip was made in the same style as previous video "Selection" using pictures from the Second World War. The song comes off the group's third album, "Manifest", which was released last August via Deathgasm Records. The CD was recorded at the Echolane studio in Bergen Hohne, Germany.
