Forever It Shall Be Reveals New Album Details
Braunschweig, Germany based death metal band Forever It Shall Be will release their new record, entitled "Sonic Death Squad," on the 5th of March through Maintain Records and Twilight Distribution. After some delay due to health problems of vocalist Claus Ulka (ex-Misery Speaks), the successor to their 2007 debut "Reluming The Embers" will finally be released. The band has also uploaded another brand new song, "Ancestor's Scorn," which can be heard alongside of the title track at the band's MySpace page.

Forever It Shall Be Announces New Singer
FOREVER IT SHALL BE has announced their news singer as Claus Ulka (ex-Misery Speaks). Here's what the band had to say:
"After a long search we finally found the right guy to bring the band to a new level. His voice fits perfect for the new songmaterial, which is more deathmetal than we've ever been. We are going to release a new album in may/june 2009, so be prepared! More details concerning the next record soon."

Heaven Shall Burn Announce European Headline Tour
Germany's HEAVEN SHALL BURN have announced headline tour dates in support of their new album, Iconoclast. Guitarist Maik Weichert comments:
"Along with our release shows in Germany, we’re glad to announce our headliner tour running also through several European countries. Besides playing our new songs to the European fans we will use this opportunity to cover some white spots in our home country. With this tour we try to focus on some countries that we haven’t visited for quite a while, but that have been very supportive to us in the past."
"Furthermore, we’re thrilled to finally celebrate the 'birthday' of our new record and despite the fact that we already know how our new baby looks and sounds, it is always a special moment to finally see it hit the stores. We hope you will love the new HSB-family member as much as we do!"

Misery Speaks Post New Song Online
German melodic death metal outfit MISERY SPEAKS has posted a new song, entitled "To My Enemies", on the group's MySpace page. The track comes off the band's upcoming sophomore album, "Catalogue of Carnage", due on January 25, 2008 via Drakkar Records. The was recorded at Rape of Harmonies studio with Alexander Dietz, Ralf Müller and Patrick W. Engel and was mixed by Dan Swanö (EDGE OF SANITY) at Unisound in Sweden.
MISERY SPEAKS recently parted ways with Alveran Records, which issued the band's self-titled CD in June 2006.
According to posting on MISERY SPEAKS' web site, the group's "debut earned massive critical acclaim, not least because of the great and massive sound by Dan Swanö. The band was voted one of the 12 best newcomers in 2006 by the Rock Hard magazine readers." More...
Misery Speaks Sign With Drakkar Records
German death metallers MISERY SPEAKS have issued the following update:
"We are proud to announce that we´ve found a new label: Our new home is Drakkar Entertainment.
It's an honour to be a part of the label which already sailed with metal gods like Rock n Rolf, Mille Petrozza and Tom Angelripper. So we're ready to conquer the shores of gravepounding metal.
Watch out for our new record Catalogue of Carnage out on January, 25th, 2008 on Drakkar Entertainment.

Misery Speaks Part Ways With Alveran Records
German melodic death metal outfit MISERY SPEAKS has parted ways with Alveran Records. The group's sole release for Alveran came in the shape of MISERY SPEAKS' self-titled debut, which was issued in June 2006.
Commented the band: "We thank Alveran Records for giving us the opportunity to release our debut album and thus provide us with an important initial aid. We wish Alveran Records all the best for the future. Now it's time to explore unknown shores. Our new album, 'Catalogue of Carnage', will be released in early 2008 and we will announce during the course of next week on which label this is going to happen."
