"Hey you metal heads! A.D here with a report on the band and it's progress. The material is coming along well, and we are working hard on what we know will be our best effort to date. Dan's coming along with the new material, and having him back is a real blast. The bass is sounding great, and we are more excited then ever.

"The band is looking forward to getting a some material down as well, and like we mentioned earlier this year, we want to get a few surprise shows in here and there. We aren't booking any small tours or anything due in part to writing the new album, and going into the studio soon, So there isn't any show dates cemented at this time. Just a surprise show here and there. Maybe the summer? Maybe the fall? Your going to have to check back and see for yourself cause as the moments come to do them, you will all be the first to know. And as always, we hope to see you all out there to join us for a night of metal that wont disappoint.

"Also…for those of you on facebook/youtube/myspace/reverbnation and so on... we want you all to spread the word for A.D. We want to get the fan base numbers strong, and have you all turn out to the shows when we come thru your town/city. Download a song or two and send it to your friends and so on... We greatly appreciate your support through it all, and always have. There's strength in numbers, and we all need the A.D militia to stand strong. More...

Aggressive Disorder Postpones Album

Aggressive Disorder has issued the following announcement about delaying the band's upcoming album due to the recent disasters in Japan:

"We regret to inform our fans in Japan that our forthcoming album has been delayed there for a while. Due to the tragic events that have taken place there. As the town of Minamisanriku was devastated by the recent earthquake and tsunami. This town housed the offices of our label there, Speedworks Records.

"Days after the events unfolded, we learned that the staff was among the missing. Fearing the worst, we did not want to make a public statement, until all the details were in. We were being kept updated by label boss Sakura Oto's sister of the events unfolding.

"We are now at the point that we can make a official announcement, that our worst fears have not come true. Many of the staff that were injured are being treated in Osaka and Tokyo. We have been in contact with Mr. Oto via email. He vows to regroup and open new offices in Osaka by the summer.

"The delay in release also gives us a chance to work in returning Bassist Dan Quinn. So to put it simply, we have pushed back our recording of the next album to the early Fall. The band has been hard at work on the album, Dan has been the extra push we needed. Just him being back here has got both of us more into what we are doing as far as the creative process, and the chance to get some shows in is a good possibility. We have a little more time to write the album, with the album release being delayed. When Dan came back in, he threw some old material at us, and we had a blast playing it. Stuff we haven't done in a long time…..THANKS ALOT DAN!!! LOL."

Aggressive Disorder Working On New Album

Aggressive Disorder, which recent re-recruited bassist Dan Quinn, has checked in with the following update about writing new material:

"Hey you metal heads! A quick update from A.D…… The band has been hard at work on the album, Dan has been the extra push we needed. Just him being back here has got both of us more into what we are doing as far as the creative process, and the chance to get some shows in is a good possibility.

"We have a little more time to write the album, (Thats always a great thing ) but when Dan came back in, he threw some old material at us, and we had a blast playing it. Stuff we haven't done in a long time.

"So we are thinking of getting out there and having some fun with the old, as well as hitting you all with the new. The band's sound is redefined, heavier, and all around more powerful. If you come out to the shows, you will hear and feel the difference. We never disappointed live, and we don't intend to start now.

"Also……. We recently have added a new feature on our MySpace page, 'Demand It' lets you - the fan- sign up and get us to come to your town. Yep…it basically gives you guys the say on where we are going to go when we head out and do a string of shows/mini tour in support of the new release when it's out.

"So click on that link, sign up, tell your friends to sign up, and get us to come to your town! Look for more updates soon. Stay heavy! Show your horns!"

He's been one of the easiest people to work with, and has helped this band with it's tone and sound in the past, and will do even more in the future."

Drummer Chris Teot adds, "It's a awesome feeling & pleasure to know that We'll be working w/Dan again. He's a great asset to what A.D. can do. His talent was missed in the time we were apart but now that he's back A.D. will be able to deliver the true metal we were meant to create. With Dan's insight & driving bass behind the crushing & chugging guitar of Bruce, this'll be a most Awesome line up. Dan's dedication to his craft & love of what we do makes for a great chemistry. Aggressive Disorder Recruits New Bassist

Aggressive Disorder has issued the following update about recruiting a new bass player:

"A.D- here with an update on the album, and more. First…we would like to announce that we have found our new bassist! Eddy White has become the newest member to Aggressive Disorder! Eddy’s a veteran of the metal scene, and has played in some reputable bands. He’s paid his dues with his craft for many years and we welcome his talents to A.D, and we look forward to working with him. Rehearsals start next weekend, and we cant wait to get him into the fold, and get him to work. He love’s what we do, the direction A.D is going in, and is excited to come aboard and help make A.D take it to the next level. New blood, New life, New beginning.

"Other news….. As we mentioned, the new album is coming along very well, and we cant wait to get it completed and out their to the masses. With the help of SPEEDWORK’S RECORDS in Japan, we believe that wont be a problem. We believe there will be something on there for every metal head out there to get a fix on when they hear it. We added one song from the demo tracks we recently have done- ( The Killing Floor ) for you all to check out and it’s been met with Great response from our friends and fans. Trust us, if you all loved that? Just wait till the rest is done and it’s coming at you like a runaway freight train! Get on, or get out of the way, cause its going to be Unstoppable!

"And as always we want to thank you all so very much for hanging in there with us, your belief along with ours is what makes this Metal Machine run, and continue to stay on the scene instead of disappearing from it.

"Last…theres talk of a possible show with the band Destruction that we may be doing in the month of April. A date hasn’t been confirmed as of yet, so as soon as we get the word, you all will. And if this show takes place it should be a big one down in kick ass Philadelphia, pa! We hope you all will come out and Jam with us for the night! It will be our first one back, and we cant think of a better way to do it, then to have you all there! Look for more to come, SHOW YOUR HORN’S, and SPREAD THE WORD."

Aggressive Disorder Signs To SpeedWorks

Aggressive Disorder will see its forthcoming album released in Japan via SpeedWorks Records. The album is slated to begin production in Febuary and will be the bands second full length outing. "We're looking forward to unleashing the power that is Aggressive Disorder, on our friends and fans in Japan" states Drummer Chris Teot.

"The best is yet to come" Guitarist / Vocalist Bruce Phillips comments, "So many years of playing, so many years of blood sweat and metal. People coming, people going. One road I’ve tried to stay on, and then with life, crossroads came up wich in turn influenced certain circumstances/situations and other roads were forced to be taken. Be it good or bad, I’ve seemed to come back to this very one I started on. Yeah its kinda weird.

"Omen perhaps? A meant to be scenario? Who knows…but this time around seems surreal…. We had a deadline to meet before the holidays, and Speedworks Records in Japan was interested in the band and wanted a demo to show some progress. Chris and Myself kicked ass and worked hard to get it done before the holidays, and it turns out that Japan loved it. So now the band has a licensing deal and I really look forward to working with Speedworks Records and I know we will do them proud, and we hope our relationship with them proves to be a well worth effort, and that they help to take this band to new levels. You guys handle the footwork, and we will deliver the goods. Thank you so much for your interest in A.D – WE WONT LET YOU DOWN. More...
