Sound & Fury Fest Lineup Announced

Sound & Fury Festival is back in it's 7th and biggest year yet, taking place at the Earl Warren Showgrounds in Santa Barbara, CA from July 20th through 22nd. The festival is excited to announce additional performers for the 2012 lineup, including Earth Crisis, Harms Way, Ivy League, Sabertooth Zombie, Seahaven, Xibalba, and others.

Some previously announced performers are Bane, Blacklisted, Comeback Kid, H2O, Terror, Touche Amore and many more. Check out the full list of bands playing below and stay tuned for one more exciting lineup announcement coming before the festival.

Harms Way Streaming Entire Album

Harms Way was recently announced as a supporting act for The Acacia Strain's upcoming "God Damn" headlining tour dates. Full details on the tour are available at this location.

The Acacia Strain Announces The "God Damn" Tour

Hot off the heels of the band's stint on the Vans' Warped Tour this summer, The Acacia Strain has announced a U.S. headlining tour this fall. The month-long "God Damn Tour" will see the group supported by Terror, Stray From The Path, and Harms Way. The Acacia Strain is supporting last year's "Wormwood" and this summer's limited edition double live CD "The Most Known Unknown."

Disembodied Reunion/Book Release Show Planned

Disembodied has announced a reunion show, which also doubles as a release show for the new book, "Burning Fight: The Nineties Hardcore Revolution in Ethics, Politics, Spirit and Sound."

The event will take place on May 2nd and 3rd at The Metro in Chicago. Doors open at noon on both days, and two-day passes are $55. No single day tickets are available. Advance tickets will be on sale on November 6th. Show organizers say that all proceeds after expenses will be directed towards Rock for Reading and PAWS Chicago.

Audio samples of the tracks that are set to appear on the debut album from HARMS WAY — the new Swedish quartet featuring Fredrik "Eugene" Lindgren (guitar ex-UNLEASHED, BORN OF FIRE, TERRA FIRMA, LOUDPIPES, CELESTIAL PAIN), Mr. Dim (vocals and bass BORN OF FIRE), Erik Wallin (guitar ex-MERCILESS) and Stefan Carlsson (drums ex-MERCILESS, DIA PLASMA, TRANSPORT LEAGUE, BLACKSHINE) — have been posted online at this location. Harms Way Recording Debut Album

HARMS WAY, the new Swedish quartet featuring Fredrik "Eugene" Lindgren (guitar; ex-UNLEASHED, BORN OF FIRE, TERRA FIRMA, LOUDPIPES, CELESTIAL PAIN), Mr. Dim (vocals and bass; BORN OF FIRE), Erik Wallin (guitar; ex-MERCILESS) and Stefan Carlsson (drums; ex-MERCILESS, DIA PLASMA, TRANSPORT LEAGUE, BLACKSHINE), have inked a deal with Black Lodge Records. The band are currently at White Chapel Music Machine studio in Stockholm, Sweden recording their full-length debut, due later in the year.
