Black Harvest Completes New Album

New York blackened death metal band Black Harvest has issued the following update:

"it's been several years and now it's finally DONE. all the writing and recording and mixing and mastering... all DONE. artwork is finishing up this weekend, and i ought to be sending it out to be pressed within a week or so. the album itself will have eight tracks, including some that have been up on myspace here, and there might be some bonus tracks too. so for everyone who was asking about where to get the new material, well, now you know."

"The album will be called "Ingrate."

Death in the Forest Festival Announced

Black Harvest Post New Song Online

Black Harvest have uploaded the title track of their new album "White Light Came Down" at this location "White Light Came Down", the groups debut CD on Oak Knoll Productions, was released in July 2005 and features a combination of new material with new recordings of the stronger songs from their last independent effort, "Mute".

BLACK HARVEST's sound has been described as "combining mellow acoustic and clean vocal passages with black metal attacks, doomy interludes, and death metal brutality, appealing to fans of OPETH, AGALLOCH, AURORA, KATATONIA and ENSLAVED."

Adema Joins Days of Reckoning Festival Line-up

Adema has been confirmed to do a one-off show as part of the Days of Reckoning Festival. The Days of Reckoning festival is a two day festival, which takes place at The Saint in Asbury Park, NJ. Each day will start at 1PM and tickets are $12 per day.

Black Harvest Sign With Oak Knoll Productions

Brooklyn, New York-based "avant black doom metal" band Black Harvest have inked a deal with the New England label Oak Knoll Productions. The group's debut Oak Knoll CD, "White Light Came Down", will feature a combination of new material with new recordings of the stronger songs from their last independent effort, "Mute". A fall release is expected.

Black Harvest's sound has been described as "combining mellow acoustic and clean vocal passages with black metal attacks, doomy interludes, and death metal brutality, appealing to fans of Opeth, Agalloch, Aurora, Katatonia and Enslaved."
