Odium Announces New Album
The new album from German melodic thrashers Odium (not to be confused with the Canadian band of the same name) will be titled "As The World Turns Black" and will be released on July 14th via Black Sunset / MDD.
"As The World Turns Black" was recorded and produced at the Gernhart Studio in Troisdorf under the direction of Martin Buchwalter (Tankard, SuidAkrA). Björn Goosses of Killustration (Sodom, Six Feet Under, Death Angel) is responsible for the cover artwork, which is today also presented to the public for the first time and is a striking realization of the album title.
"As The World Turns Black" will contain nine songs and will be the tenth release of the Frankfurt maniacs gearing up to celebrate a 25th anniversary next year. Fans can catch Odium live:

Odium was formed in 1993 and was named using the Latin word for hate. The upcoming album will prove that even with such a long band history, the quintet is far from being outdated. More information coming soon!
