Stormhammer Announces New Drummer Ruben Strenzke

German power metallers Stormhammer have announced that their new replacement drummer is Ruben Strenzke. The band is also set to release their new album "Signs Of Revolution" on May 22nd through Silverwolf Productions.

Stormhammer Recruits New Keyboardist

German power metal band Stormhammer has found a new keyboardist and finished recording their new album. The band issued the following statement:

"Chris Morgan (Ex-Benedictum) is our new Keyboarder.

The news from the sick bay: Manny had to undergo a surgery at his right shoulder, but he started already playing the guitar again, Horst had to undergo a surgery at his left feet, next week he will get rid of his crutches.

We are still looking for a drummer, we had some rehearsals, but Mister Right did not showed up. Maybe Jojo will play the drums at some events.

"Signs of Revolution" will be released in March / April 2009, we are working on the CD Cover. And we are working on a tour too."

Stormhammer Reveal Details Of Forthcoming Album

German power metallers STORMHAMMER have issued the following update:

"We are still very busy (recording). The title of the album may be Signs Of Revolution, though we're not sure about that. All guitar parts for the new album are recorded, drums are finished, bass is in progress and almost all vocals are recorded. Matthias is working on some new additional keyboard parts.

We have to look for a new label, so we can not confirm a release date yet, but the release party will take place February 9th, 2008.

Song titles for the moment include: 'Bridges To Eternity', 'Kiss At The Abyss', 'Well Of Wisdom', 'Permanent Menace', 'Omens Of Agony', 'Pied Piper', 'From Dusk To Dawn', 'Signs Of Revolution', 'Ride On A Razorblade', 'Nowhere', 'Skol!', 'FFF (Fucking Fast Food)'."

Stormhammer Announce New Drummer

German power metallers STORMHAMMER have announced the addition of drummer Johannes Lang (STYGIAN SHORE) to the group's ranks. Lang was the stand-in drummer for the band's shows in Frauenfeld and München following the departure of Chris Widmann in August due to "personal reasons."

STORMHAMMER's upcoming CD, tentatively titled "Bridges to Eternity", will be he group's first with singer Mike Zotter (NEVERLAND, DREAMSCAPE), who joined the band in July 2005.

STORMHAMMER released their third album, "Lord of Darkness", in May 2004 via Mausoleum Records.

Stormhammer Announce New Vocalist

German power metallers STORMHAMMER have announced the addition of former NEVERLAND/DREAMSCAPE frontman Mike Zotter to the group's ranks. Zotter fills the slot left vacant by the departure of Tommy Lion (ex-DRIFTER) earlier in the year.

STORMHAMMER released their third album, "Lord of Darkness", in May 2004 via Mausoleum Records.

Grave Digger Post New Album Cover Online

Legendary German power metal institution Grave Digger have posted the cover artwork (by artist Gyula Havancsak) for their upcoming new album, "The Last Supper", on their official website here. "The Last Supper" is scheduled to be released on January 17, 2005 through Nuclear Blast Records. The band describes the album as being "More metal, more passion and more power" and will have a running time of 53 minutes.
