Laid In Stone Calls It Quits

Laid In Stone has officially called it quits, with several members going on to form a new group. The band comments:

"To all of our family, friends and especially our fans, it is with a heavy heart that I announce that Laid in Stone is no more. This may come as shock to some of you, but shouldn't be a surprise to many of you.

"We haven't really been active since September of 2014, when our guitar player and good friend Trent decided to walk away from music altogether. We supported his decision, and continue to support his decision to this day, and he will always be a great friend to Kyle, Danny, and myself.

"But his departure left us at a crossroad. Do we continue playing music that we are only kind of passionate about in LIS or do we start a brand new project entirely, playing music that the three of us all enjoy? We chose the latter, hence why this band is no more.

"We want to thank everyone who has ever supported this band. It means the world to everyone who has ever been involved in LIS at one point or another, and we will always cherish the memories we have made touring around the country playing music for you all. That being said, if you are interested in checking out what Danny, Kyle and I have been working on for the past year, go to the My Own Will Facebook page and drop us a like!

"We will be releasing a brand new music video on Black Friday, with our debut EP 'Ghosts' dropping December 14th. This isn't Laid in Stone part 2, but a new band with a bit more focus and direction. We hope you can support MOW in same manner you have supported this band, and we hope to see you all on the road in 2016. We hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday season." More...
