ProgPower USA Announces 2018 Lineup
With the 2017 edition of ProgPower USA in the books (Metal Underground.com reports/photos forthcoming), promoters Glenn Harveston, Milton Mendonca and Nathan Block announced the Days 1-2 and 3-4 lineup just after Orphaned Land's performance on Wednesday, September 6th and Myrath's performance on Friday, September 8th, respectfully.
The event will take place on September 5-8, 2018 at Center Stage in Atlanta, Georgia. Tickets for Days 3-4 will go on sale on October 7th via Ticketmaster. Days 1-2 will go on sale November 11th.
In the roster video for Days 3-4, California progressive metal act Redemption announced that vocalist Ray Alder (Fates Warning) has departed the band and the new vocalist is Evergrey's Tom Englund. The forthcoming new album also features guitar appearances from Simone Mularoni (DGM) and Chris Poland (ex-Megadeth).
The featured headliners are Voyager (Australia), Angra (Brazil), James Labrie (USA) and Tarja (Finland). The complete lineup is as follows:

Manimal Is "Invincible" In New Video Clip
Swedish heavy metal act Manimal issued a new video clip for the song "Invincible." The song is taken from the 2015 album "Trapped In The Shadows."
The footage from the video was captured from the band's European tour with Firewind and Scar Of The Sun from earlier this year.

Here's your treat for Halloween: Swedish heavy metallers Manimal just released a new video clip, filmed for the title track of recent album, "Trapped In The Shadows." Almanac To Tour With Orden Ogan
Almanac - the new symphonic metal band formed by Victor Smolski (ex-Rage) - will release debut record "Tsar" on March 18th through Nuclear Blast.
In support of this new album, the band will be touring Europe as special guests to Orden Ogan and Manimal. Dates for the European trek are as follows:

"Trapped In The Shadows," the new studio album from Swedish power metal band Manimal, was just released in Europe and will drop in North America on January 22nd, 2016.

Manimal Reveals "Trapped In Shadows" Album
Swedish heavy/power metallers Manimal have set November 20 as release date for their sophomore studio album, titled “Trapped In The Shadows,” which follows 2009’s debut “The Darkest Room.”
“Trapped In The Shadows” will feature a guest appearance by legendary vocalist Udo Dirkschneider on the song “The Journey.” The full track listing is as follows:
