Tormenter Recruits New Guitarist
The California-based thrashers from Tormenter are proud to introduce Randy Garcia as their new guitarist.
Randy said about joining the band: "I'm very excited to be in Tormenter. I'm really looking forward to what the future has in store for us and I can't wait to finish this new album."
The band is currently in the beginning stages of writing new material and expects to have an album recorded by the spring of 2017. In the meantime, you can buy and stream previous album "Prophetic Deceiver" at this location. More...
Static Tension Recordings Releases Compilation
Static Tension Recordings is celebrating the label's one year anniversary by releasing free compilation "Brain Damage."
Containing tracks from the label's first year in business, the album features everything from thrash (Reign of Fury, Biotoxic Warfare, Lucis Absentia, Tormenter) to black metal (Dead River Runs Dry, Curezum) and more.

Tormenter Premieres Full Album
Forget wolves: we've got snakes in this throne room, and they are ready to thrash your face off! The California outfit Tormenter recently inked a deal with Static Tension Recordings, and now the "Prophetic Deceiver" album is seeing the official label release it deserves.
While "Prophetic Deceiver" will be available tomorrow (Friday July 24th) and can still be pre-ordered through Static Tension here, we're giving you a sneak peak of the entire album ahead of time!

Tormenter Signs Record Deal
Static Tension Recordings is pleased to announce the recent signing of California thrash outfit Tormenter.
The label will issue the previously self-released album "Prophetic Deceiver" in July. Static Tension Recordings CEO Kyle Stevens had the following to say about the signing:
