The band commented: “We live and breathe the motor culture, especially muscle cars and choppers. Acid rides motorcycles and our logo is a charger-68. Together with our action rock we create music that the motor community can relate to and ‘Four Stroke Woman’ is a salute to all bikers out there, female in particular, who dare to live the lifestyle that they desire without limits. Fast cars, furious bikes and rock ‘n’ roll, that is what it’s all about. And with a twist of avantgarde mindset.”

Honeymoon Disease Announces New Album

Honeymoon Disease will unleash new album "Part Human, Mostly Beast" on the 27th of October via The Sign Records. The Swedish rock quartet’s second album is filled with high voltage pulse, colorful sounds and lots of groovy soul.

The band worked with producer Ola Ersfjord (Imperial State Electric, Primordial, Tribulation, Dead Lord) since the recording of last album "The Transcendence "(Napalm Records), which led up to a recording session with better crafted songs, a more luxurious production and a lot of focus on the vocal arrangements.

During the pre-production, the band and producer Ola Ersfjord found a mutual interest in old soul records. This interest paved the way for a recording session with a focus on strong vocal arrangements with more chorus and soul. Check out first single "Electric Eel" below. The band commented on the video and track: "Higher is our way to describe the feeling you get when someone wants to tear everything you’ve got apart. And finally, when your fuel tank is filled-up with shit, you strike back, like a flash of lightning.

"The music video is directed by our good friend Max Ljungberg who has captured all the elements that builds up Honeymoon Disease. It also reflects the rage of Higher."
