Cryptic Hymn Debut Pre-Release Full-Album Stream
Kentucky’s death metal outfit Cryptic Hymn premiere the pre-release full-album stream of the band's upcoming new EP "The Vast Unknowing", which will be out in stores July 17 via Bandcamp.

Cryptic Hymn just issued the following announcement via Facebook about officially recruiting a new drummer:
"Ladies and gentlemen, please give a warm welcome to our new, official drummer Chris Smith! Not only has Chris been a great friend of ours for years, but his skill and dedication to his craft will help take the future of Cryptic Hymn to a new level.
"We are very enthused to have him on board and are even more eager to write and record new music. Thank you all once again for your continued support. See you at a show in the near future!"

Coming off the "Poltourgeist Tour" this past March, Cryptic Hymn now announces upcoming show dates in Detroit, St. Louis, and Nashville.
The blackened death metallers are a newly formed brutal assault featuring ex-Voyage of Slaves members Dave Palenske, Jon Grace, and Nathaniel Vowell as well as Josh Mumford of Anagnorisis.
Debut single "Revel In Disgust" was released earlier this year and can be heard below to give fans a taste of what's to come in 2015 as a debut release is finalized.
