INRI received enthusiastic reviews in the press worldwide, and Neolith subsequently played several concerts in Poland and abroad. The readers of Horna magazine voted the album one of the most important albums in the history of the Polish metal.

"Following the release, Neolith's line up changed and the band started working on the next album, 'Immortal,' which was also recorded at the Manek Studio. The material on 'Immortal' differed significantly from earlier recordings it was more brutal and darker, with highly noticeable progressive and technical elements. Following the release of 'Immortal' by Flaming Arts Rec. in 2004, Neolith played, among others, tours with Behemoth, Devilyn, Diamanthian, and Maple Cross (Finland), and played on festivals such as Metalmania, Metal Head's Mission (Crimea/Ukraine), Jalometalli (Finland), and Merciless East.
