Arbitrator Unleashes New Track
Bloody-Disgusting.com has teamed up with Arbitartor to premiere a new lyric video for "Stillborn Bastard of The Nazarene," which is taken off the band's upcoming debut album "Indoctrination of Sacrilege," due out on February 13th.
Band founder Robert Kukla comments: "'SBOTN' was the last song written for the album and by far the strongest testament to the future of the Arbitrator sound. Upon its completion, I knew that writing for the album had to be concluded, as it brought about such a strong revelation of musical direction for me. It's heavy, epic, catchy, and above all... unforgivably hateful. Jorgan Redick's tastefully crafted lyric video brings the track nothing but justice."
The album was produced by Sacha Laskow (ex-Divinity, Every Hour Kills) and mastered by Jens Bogren (Opeth, Katatonia, Amon Amarth, Arch Enemy) along with album artwork done by Colin Marks (Exodus, Scar Symmetry, Jeff Loomis). The track listing is:

Arbitrator Posts New Song
Decibel Magazine has teamed up with Arbitrator to premiere latest track "They Will Worship This Fire of Agony."
The track comes off the band's upcoming debut album "Indoctrination of Sacrilege," due out on February 13th. Check out the newly released song below. Band founder Robert Kukla also comments:
"Those that hunger for massive, anthemic-like death metal of the blasphemous variety will be pleased to find indulgence within ‘They Will Worship This Fire of Agony’. Grand orchestras compliment an onslaught of pummeling rhythms with distorted guitars, and unearthly vocals chime in the grand apocalypse in this electronically infused opus. This was the obvious ‘album-opener’ choice, as I felt it gave listeners a well-balanced introduction into the Arbitrator sound."
The album was produced by Sacha Laskow (ex-Divinity, Every Hour Kills) plus mastered by Jens Bogren (Opeth, Katatonia, Amon Amarth, Arch Enemy) along with album artwork done by Colin Marks (Exodus, Scar Symmetry, Jeff Loomis). The track listing is:
1. They Will Worship This Fire of Agony (6:41)
2. Stillborn Bastard of The Nazarene (6:50)

Arbitrator is a project that began in late 2010 as the brainchild of Robert Kukla and officially debuted in 2011 with the EP "The Consummate Ascendancy." Now with a revamped lineup, the band will be unleashing 2015 release "Indoctrination of Sacrilege" on February 13th.
The album was produced by Sacha Laskow (ex-Divinity, Every Hour Kills), mastered by Jens Bogren (Opeth, Katatonia, Amon Amarth, Arch Enemy), and features album artwork done by Colin Marks (Exodus, Scar Symmetry, Jeff Loomis).
Robert Kukla comments: "I won't bullshit. 'Indoctrination of Sacrilege' is just that - a journey discovering the Arbitrator sound. It's our first album and not our destined grand opus. It is, however, an excellent piece of carefully crafted music. Those that find satisfaction in ominous and progressive death metal of a grand scale will undoubtedly find something for themselves in here."

Arbitrator's Robert Kukla comments: "'For That Which May Appease Lions' is quite possibly one of my favourite tracks off of the new album. Dark, 'Resident Evil' style passages compliment sections of blistering blast beats performed by the skins-king himself, Dirk Verbeuren. It is a track that is as dynamic as it is brutal, and certainly not for those that shy away from the radical nature of the progressive genre." More...

Arbitrator Posts Drum Playthrough
Toontrack.com has released a drum playthrough video featuring drummer Dirk Verbeuren (Soilwork, ex-Devin Townsend Project, ex-Aborted) performing "For That Which May Appease Lions" from his new project Arbitrator.
Arbitrator front man Robert Kukla comments: "Massive thanks go out to the phenomenal Dirk Verbeuren and Toontrack team for putting together this video. As expected, you’ll find nothing but the greatest of top-tier drum performance and sample replacement from these beasts on an absolutely mind blowing piece of blasphemous death metal. What’s more, the samples have been engineered by none other than Colin Richardson. I need not say another word."
