Suffer Yourself Releasing "Ectoplasm"
Polish atmospheric doom outfit Suffer Yourself is gearing up to release "Ectoplasm" via Cimmerian Shade Recordings on November 25th. The label comments:
"This is instantly reminiscent of great bands like Catacombs (US), Hierophant, Skepticism, Thergothon, Dusk and even Disembowelment. The music is doleful, having a coarse quality and yet remains magnificent in its expression.
"Supremely atmospheric, it immediately transports you to a bleak and desolated area, where you find yourself reflecting upon the hopelessness of humanity. It also acts as a strange salve with its inherent melodies, a reminder of beauty against the backdrop of futility. The more you listen to this, the more you get sucked in. Proceed with caution."

Suffer Yourself Releases Debut Album
Last month, the Ukrainian funeral death\doom band Suffer Yourself released debut full-length "Inner Sanctum" through Cimmerian Shade Records. Now the full release is available for streaming in the player below.
The album was mixed and mastered at Priory Recording Studios in Birmingham, U.K. by Greg Chandler (Esoteric, Lychgate), who not only produced the album, but also made a special contribution to one of the songs. "Inner Sanctum" presents the following five tracks of utter hopelessness and grief:
