24 More Bands Confirmed For Download 2019

The organisers of Britain's biggest rock festival, Download has announced a further twenty four bands for next year's edition of the event. Joining headliners Def Leppard, Slipknot and Tool will be Slayer, in what will be their final show in the United Kingdom, fellow thrash metal legends Anthrax, Virginia favourites Lamb Of God, grunge legends Smashing Pumpkins and progressive metal titans Dream Theater among others. The festival will take place at Donington Park from June 14th - 16th

Blackberry Smoke Releases New Album

Earache Records-signed southern rock outfit Blackberry Smoke has now released new album "Holding All The Roses," which can be streamed in full below.

The follow-up to "The Whippoorwill" was recorded with producer Brendan O'Brien (AC/DC, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, The Black Crowes) and features 12 smoking new songs. You can order your copy on CD or a range of vinyl colors at this location. More...

Blackberry Smoke Announces Tour Dates

Atlanta, Georgia southern rock outfit Blackberry Smoke is due to kick of a European tour this Friday in support of latest album, "The Whippoorwill," which was released in Europe last week and landed in the U.K. charts at number 30. Support on the tour will come from Million Dollar Reload and The Cadillac Three.

Originally released in the U.S. in 2012, "The Whippoorwill," finally launched in Europe last week. The European edition includes three exclusive bonus tracks not previously available.
