Ephemeros Streaming Full New Album

In celebration of its official unveiling today via Seventh Rule Recordings, Revolver Magazine is streaming "All Hail Corrosion," the latest offering from Portland funeral doomists Ephemeros. Check out the album below.

Ephemeros Streaming New Song

Today Oregon funeral doom legion Ephemeros offers up another track of gut-wrenching glory. Titled "Stillborn Workhorse," the hymn comes by way of the band’s soul-searing "All Hail Corrosion" full-length.

Called “the sonic equivalent of oxidizing razors and toppling gravestones,” by Pitchfork, All Hail Corrosion nods its sullen head to the likes of Mournful Congregation, Loss, and Asunder whilst delving into deeper, darker, more acerbic death/sludge-bent territories.

Founded by members of Nux Vomica, Graves At Sea, Elitist, and Bastard Feast, Ephemeros’ forthcoming "All Hail Corrosion" is set for release on CD and digitally via Seventh Rule on August 20th, 2013 and on vinyl through Parasitic Records.

Ephemeros Signs With Seventh Rule

Portland, Oregon funeral doom ensemble Ephemeros is pleased to announce its unholy union with Seventh Rule Recordings for the impending unleashing of debut full-length, "All Hail Corrosion." The following press release was issued about the band:

"Formed in 2010, Ephemeros features members of Nux Vomica, Graves At Sea, Elitist, and Bastard Feast. Their All Hail Corrosion offering was tracked and mixed by Fester (Atriarch, Stoneburner) at Haywire Studios, mastered by Brad Boatright (Sleep, From Ashes Rise, Nails) at Audiosiege Engineering and offers up three diseased tracks in forty dismal minutes. Slow, depressive harmonies are punctuated by growled and chanted vocal tirades centered around the decay of humanity. Both physically and emotionally traumatic, Ephemeros will appeal to the black-souled fans of Mournful Congregation, Loss, and Asunder."
