Depswa Announces Tracklisting For New EP

Depswa has revealed the track list for their upcoming new 7-song EP titled "Distorted American Dream" as follows:

1. Distorted American Dream
2. Right Now
3. Performance After The Show
4. Hold On
5. Cut You Out
6. One Drop
7. The Way I Am

The band also announced that they have 14 new songs finished for a full-length album to be released in the near future.

Depswa Stage a Come Back

Former Ozzfest 2nd Stagers Depswa are currently in the studio finishing up material for the follow-up to their Geffen Records, June 2003 release “Two Angels and a Dream.” Guitarist Dan Noonan states, “This is the best material we’ve written to date and it really shows how we’ve matured as musicians and songwriters.” Rough mixes of ‘Performance after the Show’ and ‘Hold On’ have recently been posted on the band’s MySpace page. DEPSWA aim to have the new CD completed sometime in April and released this year through an as-yet undetermined label. The band is currently speaking to a handful of veteran mixing engineers to decide who will handle the mixing duties. Finally, the band are headlining a free show at the Key Club in West Hollywood on Thursday, March 15 with a number of local acts – for tickets contact the band through their MySpace page or e-mail keyclubtickets@depswa.com

Shenoah Tour Dates and EP

Depswa Tracking New Material

Depswa have been tracking new material alongside producer Rob Hill (KoRn, Cypress Hill) as of late with 22 songs in the bag from which to choose for their next effort. If you've yet to hear their latest available tracks, they can be found here. In related news, band frontman Jeremy Penick has uploaded some solo material online here. Depswa have also lined up their first live date in quite some time with a February 04th performance at The Troubadour in Hollywood, California scheduled.

Unsigned, Depswa Working On New Album

Depswa are currently working on a new album. It's being co-produced by the band and Ron Hill (Korn, Eminem, Cypress Hill), with a projected release date at some point next year. The band are presently unsigned. They intend to finish the as-yet untitled album and then negotiate a suitable deal.

Depswa Lose Guitarist, Seek Replacement

James Mills, has now officially left DEPSWA. The band is currently looking for a replacement and they are still currently looking for a new label after they split with Geffen a few months ago.

Interested parties should have a solid background in touring, recording, and live performance. In addition they must have possess a highly energetic stage presence and be a team player. Good stage image is also a plus.
