Panic Cell also recently commented on its demise: "Why the final curtain call for Panic Cell? Some dubious business decisions and that necessary mother of all evil 'money' played a hand in knocking us down. Whatever happened though, we always got back up and gave it our best shot, we can honestly say that hand on heart. It's you people, our fans and our supporters within the industry which have worked so hard for us and given us the opportunities to develop n hone our performances on stage and in the studio - THANK YOU SO MUCH - it's all you who have given us so much of your time and faith which has fueled us to work harder and succeed as best we can.
"The tough but very amicable decision to 'split' was made as it's become clear that some of us have new exciting careers / projects which they wish to work on and develop. We will continue to support each other in these areas as the true friends we were before we became Panic Cell."
