I dont see an overload of positive comments on this.
You wanna direct me to the " strong line up " thread, id be happy to oblige and see it that way as well.
Reittirating, compared to last years line up, which was about as good a bill gets, this is a failure.
Compare last years occupancy sales to this years.
Don't get me wrong, I (personally) don't see this as a complete failure. Metal Church, Ensiferum, Turisas, Nile, Helloween, In Flames, Flotsam & Jetsam--all draws for me. Its a solid lineup. I just don't believe its worth spending that much money to see only a few bands I would enjoy seeing.

I'm big into metal n in my words this BLOWS Wacken Away in the last 2yrs say. I forget what last years lineup was but..this lineup is sweet. I'd love to be at this fest flip. Lots of bands that besides maybe Maryland Death Fest wouldn't even come to the US/Canada is so..also getting sick of hear people say bands like Slayer are good live OMG so boring live and I saw them like 4yrs ago still was bored but..do like there music. This year for Wacken is also only ok in my words.
Barge To Hell was more to my liking, but this one is sold out, so some people must like it. Barge did not sell out. I am not a big fan of the classic and power metal on here, but there's quite a bit of good metal still and I'm sure I'd have fun if I was going.
