Pro-Pain 'Fistful of Hate' Release Date Confirmed
Candlelight Records today confirms April 6 as the US release of the new album from Pro-Pain. Under license agreement for the US, Fistful of Hate , is the band's eighth studio album and follows the late 2003 release of the band's critically applauded cover album, Run For Cover (Spitfire).
Recorded in Florida, Fistful of Hate is the heaviest and most aggressive album to date from the long-running metal/hardcore band. "Fistful Of Hate is without question our strongest production and contains some of our best work," says bassist Gary Meskil. "It's nice to know that we still have the same drive and passion about our music 12-years post inception and we hope that our fans share in our enthusiasm."
Fistful of Hate is expected to be supported with the band's first US tour in nearly four years. Planned for June, it will follow the band's already scheduled European tour set to begin March 12. The tour will introduce new drummer JC Dwyer (Paingod).
