I'll have to take your word for it and check them out db. Been hearing good things about Skeletonwitch. I'm definately not a big DD fan..."Beast" was mediocre IMO. I'm pretty impressed with "Khaos Legions" though...Angela's vox are the weakest link on the album...good thing she's smokin' hot and I forgive her ;)

AEs newest hasnt connected with me either, but theyre so fvckin good live! DD actually is better live than on record. And Skeleton Witch? Badass live,a darkhorse on the tour. AE is a differant beast since the brothers have reunited, just wish it translated to a better record.

Denver date on a saturday night, killer venue at the Gothic, killer line up... hope they don't overprice the show, if not i'll be there. I think I'd rather to go to this rather then Opeth, more bands for less money. I've seen Opeth before and they were incredible, but this line up I can't miss.

It if was just Arch Enemy and DD on this tour, i wouldn't be as upset about no Philly/NJ date, as I've seen both bands recently enough...but with Skeletonwitch and Chthonic added to the equation...ill be driving to either NY or Baltimore for one of the first 2 shows!

I'd be down with seeing Arch Enemy and Skeletonwitch again. I've seen Devildriver twice but not properly I feel, and Chthonic once but again not properly cause I didn't really pay much attention to them, Chthonic I mean.
So this is a pretty solid lineup and I definitely wanna see the NYC show.

Even if a bands latest effort isn't great or blow you away, shouldn't stop you from seeing them live. Especially when every band on this bill f***ing kills live. I've seen every band multiple times and I for one will always go to a kick a$$ metal show. Even for one band(which is not the case here) I think people nowadays forget that this is art and everything goes into the end result from the physical product to the live show. f*** all the bullsh** and just have fun
