New Mexico Police Eject Religous Protesters From Rockstar Energy Mayhem Tour

Footage has surfaced online from the recent New Mexico stop on the Rockstar Energy Mayhem 2010 festival featuring a confrontation between fans, police and religious fanatics. The video also features one cop especially who acts like any great metal frontman would do and lets the fans decide who stays and who goes. The same cop then goes on to proclaim his own beliefs to the camera.

Damn, I hate religious idiots like these. Does anybody know what organization they were affiliated with? Also, Sgt. Goff is awesome, I think every metropolitan police force needs a couple of guys like him.

I'm not religious, but anyone who applauds this fascism is warped. The protesters were arrested for being on public land (after being escorted off private land). The cops arrested the videographer for refusing to turn off his camera. If this cop had done this to a metal fan, y'all would be singing a different tune.
