I guess "Fast as I can" is a fairly good statement how quickly Scott will ditch STP this time around. As soon as the album is out, the tour somewhat done and money in the bank, 'so long suckers!'

STP used to be amazing. I was a little disappointed with Shangri La Dee Da. I thought it would grow on me but it never did. I like the first half of the album and then it just gets wayyyyyy too psychadelic. The album art is nothing special but it does have that little flower symbol they use a lot.

I hope scott isn't boozing again because he ruined the comeback show I saw them do at PNC Bank Art Center in NJ bc he was too drunk to remember the lyrics.

Yeah but Nothinghead is totally right. I love the guy when he's so wasted he can't stand. Makes for shi11y shows, but he sounds like a tortured artist in the studio.

n0thing: He looks as one would expect a junkie would look on stage. His performance on stage is also as one would expect. You and Wolf nailed it. He writes and sounds great in the studio when he's on the sh!t, but live?... I want my $$$ back.

First concert I ever went to was in 2001 when I was 16 I saw the Chili Peppers and STP co-headline 2 nights at Jones Beach and it was amazing. It was the Californication and No. 4 tours.

Scott was definitely still on drugs back then but they were amazing live. When I saw them on their 2008 comeback tour Scott really dropped the ball at PNC but I heard it was 10x better at Jones Beach a few months later. My brother brought our PNC ticket stubs to the Jones beach show and they gave everyone their top of the line T-shirts for free as an apology to the New Yorkers that went to PNC lol.

I hope this album is awesome because the Deleo's and Kretz deserve it.
