Orange Goblin Will Not Release A New Album In 2010
British doom metal veterans Orange Goblin has announced that they will once again be putting off the recording and release of a new studio album due to personal commitments. A statement from the band reads as follows:
"With everybody’s commitments to work, family and other things, we have decided that it is best that we do not commit to any deadline for the next album as we wouldn’t want to rush and deliver a record that we are not 100% happy with. Song writing will continue as and when we can but we honestly couldn’t say when we will be ready to go into the studio to record again, it will definitely NOT be in 2010. Please rest assured that it will happen but sometimes it is better to stop and think of what is best for Orange Goblin as a band!"
