In episode three of Celebrity Fit club, Sebastian Bach (Skid Row) is disappointed at his weight loss, telling the judges “I even took three days off drinking”. Bach’s quandary is now whether to continue drinking or just stop eating entirely. This may quickly turn into a semi-Survivor show where we watch to see how long Sebastian survives on red wine alone…

In a recent interview the internet key words read like this: Slash – New Velvet Revolver Lead Singer – Fergie. Luckily there were no direct connections to Fergie and the open VR spot in the interview; however, Slash is speaking a lot recently about Fergie. Word of advice: If Slash is looking to nail one of the Black Eyed Peas I’m thinking set your sights on Taboo, who appears the “easiest” of the Peas…

Stone Temple Pilots are hinting at a U.S. festival type tour once they get back from their international dates. I’m just going to throw this out there. During this upcoming summer we may see Slash on tour, Duff McKagan with Jane’s Addiction, the new Guns N Roses, and STP all touring in the U.S. If Slash can add Heavy Metal Arbitrator to his list of many titles maybe we see the STONE VELVET ROSES festival. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?...

Both Alice Cooper and Rob Zombie have announced they will be touring together this year. Already labeled as the Gruesome Twosome and Dracula vs. Frankenstein, it’s an intriguing pairing that made me wonder who will bring more to the show. In the end, I came to the conclusion that this will again be the Alice show. His use of a cane as a stage prop is uncanny. Never underestimate the cane…

Last week Scott Weiland and Slash bumped into each other at the airport in Las Vegas. Slash says they had a cordial conversation and then he was off to play in his poker tournament, which he eventually lost. No word on whether he blames the loss on Weiland…

Blackie Lawless (W.A.S.P.) mentioned in an interview that the band is working on a video for the song “Crazy”. I’m hoping this video brings us the same gratuitous ass shot we saw in the video for “The Real Me”, a dark video until the final minute when the focus changes to the woman in the tight white skirt…

On March 2, Bret Michaels (Poison) will be the featured guest on Lopez Tonight, the talk show hosted by George Lopez on TBS. Michaels will there promoting his upcoming appearance on Celebrity Apprentice. There really needs to be a side wager between Donald Trump and Bret to spice this us. Bret loses, out goes the bandana, HELLO comb over, Bret wins (technically possible), Trump has to wear an Ed Hardy bandana 24/7 for one month. This really needs to happen…

Dokken is speculating that the original lineup is getting back together for a new album and tour. Let’s hope the internal gripe between Don Dokken and George Lynch is behind them. Honestly, I believe the original break-up started in the video “Breaking The Chains”, when it was Lynch, and not Don in the climactic scene, actually breaking out of the chains…

The Rock Star line of the week comes from Lemmy Kilmister (Motorhead) via Slash, (when they were coordinating time to play together for Slash’s solo album): “OK, so we need potato chips and we need Jack Daniels”...

In his new memoir, Ozzy Osbourne tells how he put an end to his cheating ways after a HIV scare saw him wrongly test positive for the deadly virus. Apparently, for some it's getting caught and having your wife chase you with a golf club until you crash your car, for others a wrong HIV test. Lessons for kids out there (wear condoms, and keep the golf clubs out of reach)…
