Performing together as THE DEAD WEATHER, drummer/vocalist Jack White (THE WHITE STRIPES, THE RACONTEURS), vocalist Alison Mosshart (THE KILLS), guitarist Dean Fertita (QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE) and bassist Jack Lawrence (THE RACONTEURS, THE GREENHORNES) recently covered PENTAGRAM's "Forever my Queen" on June 22nd for the "Live from the Basement" TV show. You can see the performance below.

An American alternative rock supergroup that formed in Nashville, Tennessee in 2009, THE DEAD WEATHER has also recorded the PENTAGRAM song for an EP release.

The original version and a previously unreleased alternate take of "Forever my Queen" can be heard on PENTAGRAM's "Review Your Choices" album, reissued in November 2008 together with the band's other milestone "Sub-Basement" on Season of Mist. Both reissues have been remastered and include new artwork and two previously unreleased outtakes as bonus tracks.
