Spinal Tap Announces "World Tour"
Spinal Tap, the band created for the 1984 comedy movie, This Is Spinal Tap, will embark on a world tour this June, or their idea of one anyway! The band will play one show at London's Wembley Arena and then head home. Bass player Derek Smalls comments: "One night is not enough, and it's way too much" Lead guitarist Nigel Tufnel added; "If we're going to do a World tour on only one night, at least it's this world." Stay tuned for more details.

Spinal Tap was a bunch of hogwash, whether they were comedy or not, their garbage did not appeal to me... If that upsets you, then so be it!!!
Branded, growing up I listened to comedy metal/punk, but could not subject my ears to Anal Tap, I was into the lawnmower scene and the likes!
Blindgreed, I are a man, like...
Anyone else want to hang from my balls, please feel free!

VOTD: In other words, you never saw the movie. Makes perfect sense now... Still, I love your avatar and I am listening to Serenity Painted Death as I type this. Carry on! \m/\m/!!! BTW, my brother used to run a popular bar down in Durban. Can't remember the name of the place right now, but if your old enough you've probably seen some high end acts there. Cheers!

BG1 - That's pretty impressive, I imagine the venue your bro worked at was Burn, dependant on how long ago because The Station was another good metal venue, but that disappeared many years back... I am a Durban boy through and through, was born here 33 years ago... Please find out from him, would really be interesting to see where it was. Is he still kicking about down here?
Branded, I was refering to Lawnmower Death, do yourself a favour and download some of their sh!t...

Marty DiBergi: "This tasteless cover is a good indication of the lack of musical invention within. The musical growth of this band cannot even be charted. They are treading water in a sea of retarded sexuality and bad poetry."
Nigel Tufnel: That's just nitpicking, isn't it?

Blind, I attended the Station every Friday night for 2 years, probably the best metal nightclub Durban had to offer. There were two sections, the alternative area, and then the metal section, the place use to pump! SMALL WORLD... haha
Branded, Lawnmower Death were a UK based Comedy Metal band, if you enjoyed Spinal Tap, I'll be surprised if you can't stomach Lawnmower! Check it out anyway...
