Metallica And Slayer Featured In Rick Rubin Book

A new book will soon be released entitled "Rick Rubin:In The Studio" which looks at one of the most celebrated record producers of all time. The book will look at some of the most important and groundbreaking albums of all time which Rubin produced and will contain features on the likes of Metallica, Slayer, Beastie Boys, Run DMC, System Of A Down, Audioslave and Danzig amongst others. The book is expected to be released this summer.

I'd love to read this aswell, I hardly ever read anymore. I kinda stopped trying due to the problems I had reading when I had to take loads of drugs everyday after my accident. I still have a little bit of trouble nowadays so I don't see me getting through a full book anytime soon.

my guess would be that it would focus on Rubin, and how he got Def Jam off the ground and the whole history of that and then into his rep as a producer which leads to these bands.
