As I Lay Dying will follow up their North American tour with Protest the Hero with a few dates in Latin America.

The Grammy-nominated band has also confirmed they will be playing the Alive Festival in Ohio on June 20, and on July 18 at the Sonshine Festival in Wilmar MN.

This band is amazing! They are absolutely ferocious LIVE! My opinion, of course. The last album really rocked hard! Of course, it took some getting used to the clean vox, but after that - the album was burning hot!

I have stared talent in the face punk obviously you dont know what true technical music, the drummer in AILD does a lot of fast double bass big freakin deal anybody can do that, while Genn Holgan uses a lot of jazz infuence in his playing which requires more movement and consintration in his hands. You wanna see true talent check out my band Phantasmagoria on myspace and were not metalcore like AILD were death-thrash somthing you wouldnt understand we take inspiration of the true technical music from old school slayer to sarcofago
