godlike: I like Dio-era Sabbath, but I'll always be a bigger fan of Ozzy's work with Sabbath. That's the sh** I grew up on, lol. By the way, how you likin' the cold? Lol. It's pure ice here.. everywhere.
Blindgreed: I listened to XX and XIII by Mushroomhead the other day.. XX wasn't that impressive to me, except their Pink Floyd cover. XIII was great, and I loved their cover of "Crazy" by Seal at the end, that cracked me up. The production on XIII was a lot better, too (bigger budget, of course). That's just my opinion, though.
Now playing: Deicide - "Go Now Your Lord Is Dead"

ah ha Bg1 - Solitaire Unravveling is a killer tune... thats the first song I heard by Mushroomhead and I loved it.. It sounds killer at 500 watts in my living room..!!
TOG - Oddly enough, I grew up in the 70s during Ozzy era Sabbath and Dio era Rainbow...!!
Always loved Dio's voice more than Ozzy's..... then Dio joined Sabbath, and with Iommi and Butler it was like a match made in Heaven (and Hell) ;-)
But then came the Born Again album with Ian Gillian.... WOW... now there is a heavy f^ckin Black Sabbath album...!! Right Bg1..?

Yeah I meant Geezer Butler - he is awesome. I don't take anything away from Iommi - but I like Bass guitar the most. Great news to hear! I also like old Sabbath with Ozzy as the singer. Into the Void is so badass!! I like Dio - but still prefer to listen to older Black Sabbath Ozzy-era. Heaven and Hell is good, though, too.

godlike: Nothing wrong with that. I love Dio, don't get me wrong, I just prefer Ozzy's work with Sabbath. I've never heard anything they put out with any of their other singers, though, like Ian Gillian, etc... Maybe I'll have to check it out somehow, sometime.
