I might be interested if they played nothing that followed Predators Portrait. A Setlist of Chainheart Machine and Steelbath Suicide might be cool.

Sevendust did this a couple of times and they already know what their set list will be. They might have 13 songs picked out already, and then they'll take 3 more from votes. Still cool idea though.

Hey Kali been a while. Soilwork were amazing 2nite - their support acts kicked a$$ too really good music and my neck is aching. Im back so early cuz i have a paper to write haha. They played songs off everything except Steelbath Suicide. Black Star Deceiver kicked my a$$ haha.
We had a fairly small area to mosh in but we beat the sh** outta each other t make up for it. And the crowdsurfers were basically just picked up and thrown over the barricade - at least 4 people landed on their heads. All in all a great nite.

Np - Soilwork - Chainheart Machine - this was so good live!!!

The only Soilwork CD I have is "Stabbing The Drama" and I thought that was an okay CD, nothing real spectacular all in all, but a solid listen start-to-finish. Any recommendations for the best Soilwork CD?

Maybe I should explain myself. By "solid listen start-to-finish", I mean there weren't any tracks that I really disliked, but it all kind of ran together sound-wise... if that makes sense..?

TOG all of them are pretty sweet and easy to listen to but the two earlier ones - Chainheart Machine and Steelbath Suicide are heavier with death metal elements to them. But yeah I think all of them are worth a listen

Soilwork does put on a great show! I was highly entertained. I like that they are allowing some input from their fans. Off the topic - TOG - Death is a seriously awesome band!

Kali, I use to be obssessed with this band back when I listened to alot of Melodic Death Metal. Every now and then I listen to Chainheart Machine but that is getting less and less frequent. I'm doin fine just been busy with school and work last couple of months. How is everyone here?

Now Playing: Samael- Shining Kingdom

IrishMetal -- Thank you, I'll have to check those 2 out, since I'm more of a death metal fan anyway.

I would hope they would play Rejection Role, and magically, just like in their video, the dudes from In Flames roll up throw snow balls, and then hang out at the concert.
I'd pay to see that.

By the way TOG, IM was right, their early albums are good, I would even venture to guess that you would be happy with Natural Born Chaos, Predator's Portrait, but Figure Number Five was them flirting with Nu-Metal.
