Powerwolf To Begin work on New Album

German power metallers, Powerwolf, have issued the following update:

"After having crowned the touring for 'Lupus dei' with the celebration at Wacken open air, we have now started pre-producing the follow up album to 'Lupus dei'. We're currently sweating blood and incense creating new anthems, and can hardly hide our enthusiasm about the stuff we have written yet. Expect a goddamn mighty 3rd strike, that will be heaven in hell for all you wolfmaniacs!"

"We will be busy with further songwriting and the pre-production during the next two months, and by mid of November the wolves will invade the studio. As we decided not to change a winning team, we will once again team up with the incredible Mr. Fredrik Nordström as the man behind the mixing desk."

"We'll keep you posted about the progress on the metal mass we're creating here from time to time - so keep an eye on the wicked!"
