Soilwork Announces Headlining North American Tour

Sweden’s melodic death/thrash champions, SOILWORK, will return to North American shores once more starting in late January. After a successful arena tour with LAMB OF GOD, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE and DEVILDRIVER, followed by a direct support slot to THROWDOWN, the band will tour once again with a proper headlining tour. The two month endeavor promises to leave almost no stone unturned and to deliver what the fans have been waiting for over a year now, a longer SOILWORK set.
Joining them will be their good friends in DARKANE (Sweden), new-wave-of-old-school-thrashers WARBRINGER (U.S.A.), and the new kings of melodic doom/death SWALLOW THE SUN (Finland). Confirmed tour dates so far are as follows:

Yeah I live in Chicago, Brian. I might go to the Pearl Room, but I agree that it is a hard place to get to for a lot of people. They didn't chose a very strong location for a venue. I live in downtown Chicago so I have to go to my parents house and drive from there to get to Mokena. It's a real pain in the a$$ but for some concerts I'm willing to do it.
I would give the Pearl Room much more money and visit it more often if it were easier to get to. I've only been to 14 concerts there when compared to the House of Blues, which is downtown, I've been to 55 concerts. I guess they're doing okay with getting bands and people to come in but there is much more potential with a different location.
My ranting is done... I have a lot of opinions about this place so I'm going to leave it here :P
